There is a deep bout of depression rearing its head, caused by the fact, that i can't relax anymore. Being a parent is a job. Yes, there are some magical elements to it, for me those moments cannot replace the time i need to unwind. To sit by myself in the dark in complete silence. After a long stretch, i get a Sunday off, and of course there has to be a baseball tournament just on this day. And of course the teams are relying on parent's participation, which would be fine, if there was something i could do alone without the need for interaction. I have a problem with food, and i don't want to handle money; being responsible for a kid is enough, i don't want to be responsible for keeping the score … i want to sleep longer than 4:30am, i want to eat my breakfast in silence—if it is possible to eat due to these days i'm experiencing pain in my lower abdomen after getting up from a lying position.

Kirby was presented with a Turtles costume for Fasching. It needs a few stitches for a proper fit, what i'm more worried about is, if he likes it by the time of the Faschingsfest at school.

Had Grant Morrison in my ears throughout the day¹. I still like him. He has a calming quality.

I continued to read Happy!, which had the biggest tease i experienced in a long time. It's from a manga, so the reading direction is from right to left.

I also thought about my stance on Miyuki's character and how she doesn't seem to realize what is happening around her. Perhaps humans tend to freeze when under pressure, to make sure they're not crushed? Like how i despise change and choose routine as a lifeline through a world that is too loud and big and touchy all the time.
