to unwind
Last day of the big production, that kept us busy at work over the last three weeks. Everybody feels like they'll have time off tomorrow, when actually we have to disassemble and set up for the next thing; not as large as this one, still, it'll take time and manpower.
Kirby had a tumble, and fell on his face, grazing it in a few places. But he seemed to be in good spirits nonetheless in the evening.
A Neighbor ringed in the late afternoon, asking if i could make him a copy of the contract for our garage space. The house has two garages, and one other tenant accused the Neighbor of using the wrong parking space for his car, when the tenant seemed to have mistaken the garage he parked in. Of course it didn't end there, and suddenly, the Neighbor found his car with a flat tire. Something to keep the imagination machine going, who knows who'll the guy harasses next. That took me out of my "unwinding mood".
