A fellow rehab member asked if we could meet up, and i don't know how to juggle that with me coming home for saying goodnight to the family, a shit and sleep. And at work, i'm leaking battery power by navigating social situations and all the bullshit that comes with an overwhelmed department head and his superiors bullshit.

Kirby showed me the letters he can write in cursive. I was impressed at his "i", it looked like coming out of a printing press; what irritated me though, was the style, it was the same as i learned. We checked the "style guide" of the new cursive font, and read that this font has been developed, but doesn't have to be used. Typical Austrian thing, we spent time and money on something that one can use, if so inclined, but no worries, if it's the standard by 2125, that's fine. Why don't we just close the parliament and have a Habsburg¹ in the Hofburg² again.

The Algorithm sent me to a video of a skit by Fred Armisen, where he shows de confusion of Diana Ross' Drummer on I'm coming out³.

In the evenings, i tend to watch Extraordinary Attorney Woo⁴ again these days. It's a Korean show about … you read the title, right? What makes her extraordinary is her autism. Of course her autism is also her superpower, she has memorised all the different law texts of her father—who studied to become an attorney, but didn't finish—, and therefore a biological database of South Korean law. The case of the weeks seldom get resolved in a satisfying matter, due to the show always taking a rain check as soon as a simple sentence won't be enough to resolve it—or having a truck solve it—; and there is a romance plot… But it is soothing to watch a person do the things oneself masks in everyday life, like repeating words, needing to perform certain movements, talk about special interests—what i do here, not being able to look at people.
