muscle memory

Kirby said, he was glad to have such a large family, that loves him.
When i picked him up from school, each kid from his class carried a cake wafer1, walking slowly so they're able to eat and walk at the same time. Of course Kirby's report book had a reminder, to reduce the amount of sugar our kids are consuming, and be a role model for them. And then the people that look after the kids in the afternoon classes do things like let them watch TV or hand them sweets… Of course i sent a complaint about that, alongside other parents, and i'm interested how they'll phrase "The people from afternoon care are certified for the job, but have no idea how to deal with children other than stuff them with whatever's in reach or put them in front of a screen."
Kirby opened the kitchen cupboards for me, so i could put away the groceries faster. The Wife worked longer, so i played Kirby and The forgotten Land with him, and we read a story more than usual.

Tried out a few new laundry folding techniques. I'll probably give them up around new years i guess; it was fun to try and get muscle memory to internalize the movements.

The Wife worked longer, and came home even later due to an accident, that stopped the trams in the area. She brought home an old shoe from a co-worker, her class will use as a prop for a diorama, his feet are about 29cm/11,5inch long. We call such shoes "child caskets".
