There was still gasoline in the tank of the movie franchise, so this was made.
If you haven't seen it, you've missed nothing, except the good work Arrow has done with the 4K upscale version. I hold a soft spot for this movie, because i got the comic retelling the story on a vacation, and read that thing into oblivion, and was a massive TMNT fan in general.
