Kirby managed to catch a pair of scissors that fell off a table; and cut a few fingers in the process. Good reflexes, hopefully his body won't see this as a sign to let them deteriorate.
Had to take the bus to get to work, where i spotted a Gentleperson with a tattoo of the Sunn O))) Logo1 on the back of one of their hands.
Listened to an interview with philosopher Lea Ypi she gave Jung & Naiv2. Her speech at Wiener Festwochen stayed with me, and i dig the interview style of the show—they give people the opportunity to get themselves into trouble, or leave beforehand3.
A small orchestra, five people, was practicing at work, and it was hauntingly beautiful. A gentle performance, that had an almost relaxing effect.
My health gave me a kind of scare, i should make time for sleep, even if i fall behind on my writing practice—which my brain won't shut up about if it doesn't happen, and it is something that i truly enjoy.
The beanies the Wife and Kirby made for his schools annual market were suspected to be store bought instead of hand made. And those shrink wrapped bath bombs with the barcode sticker are hand made?! Good thing we have photos of Kirby cutting the fabric and trying out the overlock machine4 as proof.
