once upon a bum
Kirby is still unsure about his feelings on Ultraman vinyl figures. Got two of the recently released—A-Type in fighting pose and Gabora—, and he immediately asked me to put them in my toy box.
He also told me, he doesn't enjoy displays of violence. When i pointed out that he dismantles Lego figures in the video games, he started thinking.
The Wife had her companies annual dinner, and due to me ignoring time, Kirby was up past his bedtime; not by much, still, he's like me in that regard, schedule changes need to be introduced gradually.
I'm unsure about Kirkman's Transformers. I like what they're doing with Thundercracker, but i don't care about MASK and/or GI Joe. We'll see, i'll decide when this ark is over.
Resident Alien: The Book of Changes was a nice read, a story that could have been world shattering if told by other creatives, another step up the ladder here; leading up to the finale next spring.
The first issue of Miss Truesdale and The Rise of Man was great. At the end i remembered, i was there when the first issue of Hellboy was published, started reading it a few years later, and the overall story still goes on. It has become a Star Wars situation, with the series looking up its own bum, which is seemingly beautifully curated and therefore less cluttered than the Galaxy far, far away.
