Dispatches from Asteroid Hopkins

i suck

Just as i was taking my morning piss at work, the boss called. The media server that controls houselights stopped working. After some tinkering we came to the conclusion, that the SSD is partially toast. We recommended changing from a proprietary to an industry standard solution, to which the building department said »Whatever it takes.«; when we got the estimate, »and lies within a budget.*« was added.
It was fun to »suck discs«1 with a couple of colleagues.

Kirby drew a comic, and i got hired as his colourist.

Comics!
Absolute Flash, while good, is ironically slow.

A thing it shares with another title from the line this month: Absolute Wonder Woman. While it continues to look absolutely gorgeous, issue 16 felt like it stalled for time. IMG_2962 Resurrection Man: Quantum Karma was released as a collected edition, and the orice suggested it to be a hardcover, which it sadly is not. Despite the format, it remains a good comic, which sadly, are overlooked.
Hopefully Absolute Martian Manhunter get's enough purchases to justify its continuation; issue 8 was fun. IMG_2955 The cover for DC K.O. Knightfight no.4 (2026) looks great. Seems like DC let go of the "Batman doesn't sit"2 rule. IMG_2953 And a shoutout to Blue Beetle—from Justice League Unlimited no.15 (2026). IMG_2952___
