chasing after clouds

I forgot to write about a talk about assisted suicide i had on thursday night: When a co-worker wanted to talk about how we could handle a death wish1, he told me out of the blue, he's pro death penalty, but what about investigation errors that lead to a false verdict, leading to the murder of an innocent person. From people who'd like their suffering to end to court backed murder in 30 seconds. Don't know what to think about the death penalty, on one hand, i believe that people need chances … on the other hand, i can imagine what i'd like to happen to a person, who'd taken the life of someone i cherish for whatever reason.

We spent a lazy day. For some reason, i have focusing issues. My mind wanders, that i'm used to, but never did i have issues with having part of my consciousness chasing after clouds while maintaining a focus on the present. And i'm tired all the time.

Kirby and i played Lego Batman 3. First of all, the PS4 is a crap console—which could be a problem of my device, i'm just not smitten with a piece of hardware that tends to freeze up while being incredibly loud. And the Lego games feel lazy at a certain point—which is fine, they are made for a specific audience, which isn't me.

Ultraman Omega was fun to watch again after last week's clip show episode. I just wish they had more time for some of the episodes. It sometimes feels like the thing Alan Moore is often referred to saying when asked about if he quit Swamp Thing: "I wanted to write stories about the environment, the muck Monster kept getting in the way."
Found out, that Kamen Rider Zeztz won't be available on YouTube, like Ultraman is these days.

  1. Just don't watch it.
